Two parties hold your data, each for its own purpose:

Nothing else is asked. No identity number, no date of birth, no address, no payment details — the queue does not need them, so they are not collected.

Your data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anybody else.

So three of the four are outside the Kingdom today, and this notice says so rather than claiming otherwise. Q Turn’s owner decided on 2 October 2026 to open the service on the hosting described above. Moving the database to a provider in Saudi Arabia is still wanted and is written down as row H1 of Q Turn’s own pre-launch checks, but there is no date set for it, and this notice will not promise one it cannot keep. WhatsApp delivery through Twilio is likewise a transfer outside the Kingdom; it is open for a decision, and until it is decided every reminder sent this way crosses a border. If either of these changes, this notice changes with it and its version number moves.
أي أن ثلاثة من الأربعة خارج المملكة اليوم، وهذا الإشعار يقول ذلك بدل أن يدّعي غيره. وقد قرر مالك Q Turn في 2 أكتوبر 2026 إطلاق الخدمة على الاستضافة الموضّحة أعلاه. ونقل قاعدة البيانات إلى مزوّد داخل المملكة ما زال مطلوباً ومسجّلاً كبند H1 في فحوص ما قبل الإطلاق، لكن لا يوجد تاريخ محدد له، ولن يعد هذا الإشعار بما لا يستطيع الوفاء به. وكذلك توصيل واتساب عبر Twilio هو نقل خارج المملكة، وهو مفتوح للقرار؛ وإلى أن يُحسم فإن كل تنبيه يُرسل بهذه الطريقة يعبر الحدود. وإن تغير أحدهما تغير معه هذا الإشعار ورقم نسخته.
Your name and mobile number are removed 30 days after your visit is finished or cancelled. What stays is the part that is not about you — the queue number, the area, the times and the outcome — so the business can still count how busy it was.

يُحذف اسمك ورقم جوالك بعد 30 يوماً من انتهاء زيارتك أو إلغائها. ويبقى ما لا يتعلق بك — رقم الدور والمنطقة والأوقات والنتيجة — حتى تستطيع المنشأة معرفة مدى ازدحامها.
ولا يلزمك الانتظار 30 يوماً: راجع حقوقك أدناه.
We also keep a security log of sign-ins that were refused and actions that were not allowed, for 30 days, so misuse of the platform can be noticed and stopped. Where a mobile number is part of what happened, the log keeps the last four digits only (05••••1234) and never the whole number.
نحتفظ كذلك بـسجل أمني لمحاولات الدخول المرفوضة والإجراءات غير المسموح بها، لمدة 30 يوماً، حتى يمكن ملاحظة أي إساءة استخدام للمنصة وإيقافها. وإذا كان رقم جوال جزءاً مما حدث، يحفظ السجل آخر أربعة أرقام فقط (05••••1234) ولا يحفظ الرقم كاملاً.

We answer within 30 days, which is the period the Personal Data Protection Law allows for a request about your own data.

When you tick the consent box, three things are written with your queue record: the moment you ticked it, which version of this notice was in force (PN-3), and which language you read it in. Nothing else, and no consent is ever assumed — a box on a Q Turn form is never ticked for you.
